Who is this service for?
Retailers, suppliers, manufacturers, and professionals who need to post a large number of offers at once. Instead of filling out a form repeatedly for every single item, you can simply prepare a single spreadsheet containing names, descriptions, prices, and photos.
How to post listings via the administration team
- Download the template. Get the file via the link below and unzip the archive.
- Fill in the spreadsheet. Enter the details of your products or services. Place each listing on a separate row.
- Contact the administration team. Send the completed file to support@tataxon.uz or contact our support service. Specify which account the listings should be linked to by providing a link to your profile, or the email/phone number used during registration.
- Confirm the upload. We will check the file structure, clarify categories and any missing information, and then perform the import.
The template is hosted on the website of the UniSite system developer. Use a spreadsheet editor like Excel or LibreOffice Calc to prepare your data. Supported import formats are CSV and XLSX.
What to include in the table
- Name and description. Clearly describe the product or service and list key specifications.
- Price. Verify the current price and specify the currency to avoid upload errors.
- Category. Use the exact category name from TATAXON. If you are unsure which section to choose, check with the administration before uploading.
- Photos. Add direct links to the images. If there are multiple photos, list the links separated by commas in a single cell.
- Contact details. Provide current contact information and let the administration know which account should be used to publish the offers.

Specifications and filters
If you need to provide additional specifications, you can enter them in the format "Filter Name=Value," separating pairs with the | symbol. For example:
Material=Wood|Color=White
This example shows only the formatting. Filter names and values must be agreed upon with the administration: the import process uses filters already created on the site; new ones are not added automatically. If you are unsure how to fill in this field, please contact support.
Can prices be updated from a file?
If you have a link to a regularly updated CSV file, please provide it to the administration. You can arrange for the file to be imported via the link and for the data—such as prices and discounts—to be updated periodically. The site administration handles the configuration of these updates.
Checklist before sending
- Each offer is on a separate line, and names and descriptions are filled in.
- Prices and contact details are up to date, and photo links work correctly.
- Categories match the site sections or have been agreed upon with the administration.
- Text displays correctly in the file. Please use UTF-8 encoding when saving the CSV.
The import process runs in the background, so listings may not appear immediately. You can check with the administration regarding the upload timeframe and any necessary clarifications.
